Darren joined the nursery in 2007 as a trainee. He is close to obtaining his NVQ level 2 qualification in Childcare. He is a flexible and willing team member whose bright and cheerful demeanour make him a popular and valued member of the team. He has received training in paediatric first aid, communication, and number application. His duties include supporting the children with learning, development and play.

In his spare time he enjoys football, country walks, and fishing.
