Mary is the floor manager for dragonflies giving her overall responsibility for children aged two and above, and managing her team of nursery nurses. Having begun her career in childcare at the nursery in 2003, she has worked hard and is currently qualified to NVQ level 3 in Childcare.

She has also gained additional qualifications in:

- Child protection
- First aid
- Promoting positive behaviour
- Nutrition and health
- Planning – 3 to 16 years

Mary runs a tight ship in dragonflies and always finds innovative ways to make pre-school learning both fun and imaginative. She is well loved at the nursery for her patient and caring approach and this has resulted in her being voted our employee of the year by parents on more than one occasion.
